To enable or disable your voicemail password:
Step 1. Dial on your mobile phone.
Step 2. Enter your voicemail password.
Step 4. Select option 4 to enable (add) or disable (remove) your voicemail password.
Step 5. Select option 1 to enable or disable password.
If you've disabled your password, you will not be prompted to enter one once you dial .
For your enabled password, more than five failed attempts will result in your voicemail box being restricted. If you forget your password, contact Corporate Care at 100 from a Digicel handset, 592-669-2677 from any device, or submit a request here.
For security purposes, you will still be required to enter your password when you are roaming or accessing your mailbox from another phone.
